Just a note, we are in a commercial area, so it can get loud at times during peak season...this is a ground unit Guest access There is a large shared covered deck great for relaxing and chatting with other guests upstairs...PLUS UNIT G(IN THE HEART OF TYBEE) HAS ITS OWN PATIO SPACE OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR....Quiet time is 11 pm..No smoking in units. if you do, you will be charged $350...smoking is permitted on deck. please use ashtrays. Other things to note PLEASE BE aware we are in the commercial area. Weekends and beach season can be quite lively and noisy. THIS UNIT IS COMPLETELY BRAND NEW. EVERYTHING IN IT IS BRAND NEW INCLUDING FURNITURE... ALL PET RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED. PICK UP THE RUGS AND SET THEM ASIDE. NO PETS ON FURNITURE OR BEDS, AND DO NOT LEAVE ANIMALS UNATTENDED IN THE UNIT UNLESS CRATED. IF NOT FOLLOWED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR EXTRA CLEANING. IF YOUR PET DESTROYES PROPERTY(FOR EXAMPLE, PEEING ON FURNITURE, RUGS, ECT) OR TEARS UP PROPERTY YOU WILL BE CHARGED. EVERYTHINGIN THIS UNIT IS BRAND NEW.. THIS UNIT ONLY ACCOMMODATES 4 GUESTS...NO SLEEPING ON BRAND NEW COUCH... YOU WILL BE IN VIOLATION AND RESERVATION WILL BE TERMINATED...IF MORE GUESTS SHOW UP....I LIVE ON PROPERTY... Parking is extremely tight and limited to ONE VEHICLE PER APARTMENT. All other vehicles will need to park off the property. All of Tybee is pay to park. 8 pm to 8 am is free... download the Tybee parking app...pay at meters, and pay for all day at Paradise or Hotel WE DO NOT OFFER LONG-TERM STAYS.
